About the role
Gaywood Primary School is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our Key Stage 2 team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and who is eager to develop their practice within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from high-quality mentoring and professional development as part of the Early Career Framework.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is an enthusiastic and reflective teacher at the start of their career
· Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
· Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
· Is passionate about supporting all pupils to succeed
· Works well as part of a team and is keen to develop their professional practice
