Provide holistic assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation to stroke patients to enable them to achieve their best potential. Contribute to the development and evaluation of the physiotherapy practice provided by the service To act as a source of expertise on stroke patients management To maintain accurate comprehensive and contemporaneous documentation/patient records in line with legal requirements and Trust guidelines including personally generated clinical observations requiring computer skills To demonstrate a high level of trained physical skills involving accuracy, finger-tip precision as well as palpation to assess subtle changes in muscle tone and variations in both speed and co-ordination For full details of the duties and criteria for the role, please refer to the job description and person specifications attached.
