Join Our IT Team at The Compleat Food Group!

We have a great opportunity for a Data Steward to join us, based in Nottingham.

You will play a vital role in shaping how we manage and trust our data. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our
data is accurate, secure, and fit for purpose, working closely with teams across the business to uphold high standards and drive
consistency.

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 5pm, and 8.30pm – 4pm on Fridays

We also offer Hybrid and flexible working.

Your Duties Will Include:

* Maintain high-quality, consistent and trusted master data across the organisation to support operational efficiency, regulatory
compliance and effective decision-making.
* Manage a high volume of master data requests in accordance with defined governance processes and service level agreements.
* Act as a key steward of master data within a complex group structure, ensuring data standards are applied consistently across
multiple business divisions and systems.
* Assist with system implementations, migrations and integrations affecting master data.
* Maintain pricing and customer promotions.
* Support data cleansing initiatives as required.
* Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) for multiple sites
* Work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, NPD and Commercial teams.
* Attend such necessary training sessions (internal and external) as requested, in order to be sufficiently equipped to perform
tasks.




Your Skills and Experience:

* Minimum 1 year experience in a data entry role.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Ability to work across multiple business units and manage competing priorities.
* Ability to apply a strong analytical mindset to identify data inconsistencies and investigate root causes of data quality
issues to improve data accuracy and reliability.
* Understanding of master data objects such as Raw Materials, Finished Goods, BOMs etc is desirable.
* Experience working within a multi-entity or group business structure environment is desirable.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach and comfortable working across diverse teams and business units.
