Panel Beater (Quality-Focused Bodyshop – No Bonus Pressure)
We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking bodyshop that does things properly.
This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven environment. The focus here is simple:
Do the job right, first time.
If you take pride in your work and prefer quality over rushing jobs through for bonus targets, this will suit you.

• Work on both cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs)

What’s Different Here
• ❌ No bonus schemes or pressure to rush jobs
• ✅ Fixed salary — consistent earnings

• ✅ Supportive, well-equipped workshop

What You’ll Get
• £36,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)

• 30 days holiday including bank holidays
• Christmas shutdown (approx. 10 days off using only 4 holiday days)
• Quarterly company-paid social events
• Full PPE and ongoing training provided
________________________________________

• Significant investment planned over the next 12 months
• Long-term stability with a renewed lease in place
