SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support - SEMH) - Full Time
A welcoming primary school in Petersfield is seeking an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 4 pupil from after the Easter break.
This role involves supporting a child with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The pupil can present as verbally challenging and requires a calm, consistent, and understanding approach. While the child is not physically aggressive, they may display verbally abusive behaviour at times and need structured support to manage emotions and remain engaged in learning.
Key Responsibilities:
