We are seeking dedicated and empathetic in-person tutors to work with secondary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Tutors will be required to deliver Maths and English and provide tailored, supportive learning to pupils who may have experienced significant gaps in their education.

Our pupils come from a wide range of backgrounds, and many require a calm, patient approach to help rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning. This role is ideal for tutors who are adaptable, understanding, and committed to helping young people make meaningful progress.

Locations:
Tutoring will take place in person across Reading, Wokingham, and Bracknell.

Pay:

£25-£30 per hour, depending on experience and role requirements

The ideal tutor will:

Have previous experience supporting children or young people in an educational or related setting ( tutoring, teaching, SEN support, teaching assistant roles, youth work)

Be confident delivering secondary-level Maths and English

Hours & Commitment:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
