Location: Sheffield
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Term Time Only)
Salary: GBP140 - GBP220 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Sheffield. You will be working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, delivering tailored learning that inspires confidence, independence, and progress.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a variety of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, and complex learning needs).
Create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Develop and adapt learning resources to meet individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and reporting to parents and colleagues.
Foster strong relationships with pupils to support their academic, social and emotional development.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or is working towards it.
Has experience teaching pupils with special educational needs (school-based or placement experience welcomed).
Is patient, resilient, and creative in their approach to teaching.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to inclusive education and helping every child succeed.
