Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Northampton area. This role involves working closely with students to help improve their academic performance, confidence, and engagement with learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to individual needs
- Support core subjects such as English and Maths
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' teaching or tutoring experience within the UK curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable, and reliable
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Experience working with SEN or vulnerable learners
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
