Construction Site Administrator
Location: North East London
Duration: 3-Year Project
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Administrator to join a major long-term project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading contractors on a flagship 18 month construction project, offering stability and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
- Managing site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and inductions
- Coordinating site diaries, meetings, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records for workforce, deliveries, and plant
- Assisting with health & safety paperwork and compliance
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office teams
- General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the site office
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction site administration role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
- Knowledge of construction processes and H&S procedures (desirable
Site working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with weekends available.
Successful candidates must be able to provide two work references.
