Fard Solicitors is a modern, award-winning law firm with offices in Surrey and Canary Wharf, London. We are expanding our Property Department and are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join us on a consultancy basis.
This role is ideal for a confident and self-sufficient solicitor who can manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities include handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. You will be expected to liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and with a high level of client care.
The role is primarily remote, with some on-site presence in Surrey or London where required.
We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships with agents and referrers is highly desirable.
This is a consultancy/self-employed position offering flexibility, autonomy, and a competitive fee share structure. Administrative support and systems are provided.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking firm and play a key role in the development of the property department.
