Providing support to patients attending clinic appointments Assisting with procedures as required Completing appropriate tasks which assist in the patient safe journey such as recording height and weight, baseline observations, sight visions, wound dressings, chaperoning, bladder scans etc. Completion of the Care Certificate. Emotional/spiritual support for patients and relatives. Working with colleagues in the day to day workings of the clinic.
