Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker - Level 2 (Grade 7) to join our team in providing high-quality support and services to individuals and families in need. This role will involve assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating access to resources to improve their overall wellbeing. As a motivated social worker, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver integrated services that address a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral issues. You will be expected to utilize your knowledge of community programs and resources to assist clients effectively. You will also engage in crisis intervention, provide guidance during challenging times, and advocate for the rights and needs of your clients within the community. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical practice, a deep understanding of social justice issues, and the ability to work independently while also being part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and strengths.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized service plans.
Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing challenges.
Collaborate with community resources and agencies to connect clients with additional support services.
Advocate for clients' needs and rights in various settings.
Document client interactions and maintain accurate case records.
Participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a Social Worker in the applicable state or region.
Minimum of two years of relevant social work experience.
Strong knowledge of social service programs and community resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.85
