The Role
As a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients and providing a high level of customer service
* Managing appointments, diaries, and patient enquiries
* Supporting treatment coordination and patient consultations
* Handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality
* Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team
* Processing payments and general administrative duties
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, organised, and detail-oriented
* A genuine interest in dentistry, particularly cosmetic treatments
* Confident working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
