Join Our Wonderful Nursery Team ✨
To truly appreciate how special our nursery is, you really need to experience it in person. Nestled in picturesque countryside and surrounded by outstanding natural beauty, our family-run setting offers the best of both worlds—peaceful rural charm, yet just a short drive from nearby towns such as Yate and Chippenham.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and experienced team members who are passionate about supporting children to grow, learn, and thrive. If you’re an early years professional who loves making a difference and helping give children the very best start in life, we would love to hear from you!
About You
Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education. However, we are happy to consider Level 2 candidates or those with relevant experience who are motivated to further their qualifications.
You will also have:
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Sound safeguarding knowledge
- A passion for delivering a child-centred curriculum focused on exploration, curiosity, and discovery
What Makes Us Special?
- A beautiful rural setting with direct access to the countryside and a daily Forest School—outdoor learning is at the heart of everything we do
- Exceptional staff retention, with many team members staying for years—this opportunity has arisen due to expansion and maternity leave
- Consistently strong staffing levels, meaning no reliance on agency staff and excellent team support
- A warm, homely, family-run environment where we care deeply about both our children and our team
Our Benefits
- Salary starting from £29,120 (based on 40 hours), with increases for qualifications and experience
- A well-planned rota provided in advance and rarely changed
- A 4-day working week—enjoy a regular day off during the week
- Paid breaks (up to 1 hour per day)
- Free on-site parking
- Free uniform
- A paid day off on your birthday
- Enhanced annual leave with length of service
- Childcare discount for your own children
- A friendly, supportive management team and colleagues
- Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities
- Regular staff treats and team-building events
- Annual salary reviews
- Working Hours
- We offer both full-time and part-time positions (20–40 hours per week), all year round between the hours of Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Come and See for Yourself!
If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we would absolutely love to meet you. Get in touch to find out more or arrange a visit to our lovely setting:
