Hours: 07:30 – 18:00, 4 days per week, Monday to Friday

About the Nursery
Our purpose-built Day Nursery has been carefully designed to maximise each Childs learning journey. Providing care for children aged from Birth to five years in a modern and welcoming environment. From the moment your child starts at the Early Learning Academy, they will have an opportunity to develop and learn through first hand experiences, making use of the extensive range of facilities available to them both indoors and outdoors.
About the Role
The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner creates a safe, engaging environment that supports the learning, development, and wellbeing of children under five. They plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS, maintain accurate records, and act as a Key Person to monitor progress and build positive family relationships. The role also involves participating in professional development, upholding safeguarding and equality policies, and contributing to the smooth running and ethos of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
• Create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages children’s growth and curiosity.
• Plan and deliver fun, educational activities in line with the EYFS.
• Act as a Key Person, supporting individual children’s development and building strong relationships with families.
• Observe children’s development, record progress, and plan next steps for learning.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who inspires children to learn, explore, and grow every day, while maintaining excellent standards.
Essential:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• Experience working with children under five and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
• A positive, proactive, and caring attitude.
Desirable:
• First Aid trained
