Location: Killingworth
Hours: 26 hours per week (2 hours per day)
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing candidate to support a young gentleman to get out into the community and attend scheduled activities which will be fun and filled with excitement and adventure. He also requires some support at work.
It is very important that the personal assistant recognises emotional vulnerability and is prepared to support with mental wellbeing, as well as physical wellbeing.
Must have deaf awareness and be prepared to work in a home with a dog.
Being able to drive would be preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS application. This will be funded by the employer.
