What You’ll Get At Norwa Care:
-Starting pay from £14.00/hour.
-Holiday pay and pension contributions.
-Full induction and training – including safeguarding, moving & handling, and person-centred care.
-Enhanced DBS check required – we’ll support you through the process.

-Clear systems and guidance – everything is practical, editable, and audit-ready.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes or care settings.
-Must be extremely confident in administering medication in care homes.
-Competent in leading shifts in care homes.
-Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
-Assist with medication, meal preparation, and hydration as per care plans.
-Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well-being.
-Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
-Accurately record care notes and report concerns promptly.
-Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow safeguarding procedures.
