Duties:
- Conduct diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance on electric vehicles
- Work with a variety of hybrid and fully electric models utilising the latest technology
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all tasks
- Assist in team training and development initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Support ongoing processes to optimise workshop efficiency
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Level 2 or Level 3 EV qualification (essential)
- Proven experience as an Electric Vehicle Technician or in electric vehicle diagnostics
- Strong diagnostic skills with an understanding of hybrid and EV systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated with a proactive approach to developing your skills
