Duties:
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the business plan to achieve a 1,000-vehicle stock at any time within 18 months.
- Oversee the launch, management, and operational performance of multiple sites, focusing on digital sales and customer experience.
- Implement scalable logistics and distribution systems across national locations.
- Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and operational processes to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with the company's vision.
- Maintain a focus on productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven success in senior management roles within online automotive sales, ideally in the commercial or van market sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, online sales funnels, and e-commerce logistics.
- Experience managing high-volume logistics and national distribution networks.
- Strategic thinker with practical operational expertise and a hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to work independently, adopting a "think like it's your own business" mindset.
