Are you an experienced diagnostic technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable main dealer in Bradford?

Our client, a well-established and respected motor group, is looking to appoint a skilled diagnostic technician to join their team. This is an excellent chance to progress your career with a reputable employer offering competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Duties:

- Repair and service vehicles, including complex diagnostics
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic checks using advanced equipment
- Liaise effectively with service advisors, customers, and management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Inspect vehicles for wear and general faults, ensuring repairs meet DVSA standards
- Carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
- Provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions as a Diagnostic Technician
- Assist junior team members as required, supporting the workshop’s productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

- Formal automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a diagnostic technician within a professional automotive environment
- Current valid UK driving licence
- Own set of tools suitable for a diagnostic technician role
- MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
