Duties:
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and assess repair requirements as a vehicle damage assessor
- Produce precise repair estimates using industry-standard systems
- Identify suitable repair methods in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Liaise with insurance companies to secure repair authorisations
- Communicate repair plans effectively with technicians and workshop staff
- Maintain accurate records and manage repair documentation efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle damage assessor or estimator
- ATA or IMI certification preferred
- Familiarity with Audatex estimation software desirable
- Strong knowledge of vehicle damage assessment, bodyshop repair processes, and methodologies
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
