Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive company in Hertfordshire, is actively recruiting for a skilled Bodyshop Technician.
This is a prime opportunity for experienced technicians to further develop their expertise within a professional and supportive environment. The role of Bodyshop Technician offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work on varied projects in a busy workshop setting.
Benefits:

- Average of 45 hours per week, with occasional overtime paid at standard rates
- Monday to Friday working schedule, starting at 7.30am

Duties:
- Carrying out a variety of bodyshop repairs, including panel, paint, and electrical work
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults within vehicle systems
- Ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards and are completed within specified timeframes
- Maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment in line with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Offering excellent customer service through quality workmanship as a Bodyshop Technician
- Assisting with vehicle assessments and providing accurate repair estimates where necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with skills in MET, Panel, or Paintwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to undertake occasional overtime, including Saturdays
- Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols within a workshop environment
