- Exposure to a diverse range of vehicles, including cars and vans, with specialist work on German vehicles
Duties:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
- Perform full vehicle servicing and repairs across a fleet of cars and occasional vans
- Diagnose faults accurately and record vehicle conditions affecting safety, reliability, and performance
- Carry out MOT testing, subject to licensing
- Maintain high standards of workmanship within a team environment
Candidate Specification:
- NVQ Level 3 in Service and Maintenance or equivalent qualification (time-served technicians are also encouraged to apply)
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant workshop experience
- Possession of own tools
- MOT tester licence is highly desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to develop further skills in Hybrid/EV technologies and MOT testing
