We would like a teacher who:
• has high expectations of themselves and the children and values working as part of a team
• a flexible approach to teaching and learning in order to meet the needs of the children
• wants to inspire and motivate children in their learning
What the school offers its staff
Great Totham is a successful well-maintained primary school. We take great pride in providing a well-resourced environment for both children and staff.
Trauma Perceptive Practice is integral to our whole school ethos. We treat all adults and children with hope not hopelessness, compassion not blame and connection not disconnection.
We can offer:
• enthusiastic, well-behaved children who enjoy learning
• a collaborative approach to planning
• a sensitive approach to teacher well-being
• a leadership team that recognises and develops potential in others
Commitment to safeguarding
