We are seeking a Headteacher who:
• Demonstrates courage, clarity, integrity and care in all aspects of leadership, always striving for excellence
• Is an inspiring, inclusive leader who motivates, challenges and supports staff to perform consistently at a high level and champions staff wellbeing and professional development
• Is driven by a commitment to meet the diverse needs and ambitions of every child, particularly those who are most disadvantaged and those with SEND
• Values and celebrates a child’s personal development as highly as their academic achievement
• Has a proactive, resilient and forward-looking attitude, with the ability to respond effectively to challenge and change
• Champions partnership working and is eager to work closely within our federation and the wider school community
• Is a highly effective communicator who builds strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community
