We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant to join a busy eCommerce team in Burton-on-Trent and help provide a seamless experience for our customers.Location: Burton-on-TrentHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)Salary: £29,000 per yearAbout the Role:As an E-commerce Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in managing online orders and ensuring customers are updated on stock and delivery. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, supporting daily operations and helping to keep the online business running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage online orders efficiently.Update product information and stock levels on the system.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.Keep customers informed about stock availability and order lead times.Liaise with customers to resolve queries and provide support.Assist the eCommerce team with daily tasks and reporting.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in eCommerce, administration, or customer service is preferred.Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.Outstanding communication and organisational skills.Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Why This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused team in Burton-on-Trent and develop your eCommerce skills.
