Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are pleased to be working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton, who are looking to recruit a confident interim management accountant for a 4 to 6 week assignment.
Your new role
- Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Support the MD with cost reporting, budgeting, and financial planning, as well as setting up KPIs.
- Monitor budget/performance, margins, and cash flow
- Assist with year‑end processes
- Providing financial analysis when needed
- Good excel/reporting skills
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of costing and standard manufacturing finance processes
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time onsite position with the company offering an early finish on Fridays (14:00). You will be working alongside an experienced MD who will be there to support.
