Your new company
We are partnering with a forward-thinking and ambitious housing association who is redefining what asset management looks like. This is your opportunity to work for one of the largest not-for-profit housing associations in the South of England. With a strong social purpose at its core, your new employer reinvest every pound back into building new homes and improving existing housing stock.
Your new role
As a Strategic Asset Intelligence Partner, you won't simply report on data; you'll shape the insight that informs multi-million-pound decisions. This is a role for somebody who brings strategic curiosity, analytical depth, and the confidence to challenge traditional thinking.
- Act as the intelligence partner for asset management, turning raw information into clear, strategic insight.
- Help shift organisations from firefighting to forward planning, ensuring that investment delivers long-term value.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve asset performance and enhance customer experience.
- Influence strategic decision-making by presenting complex information in a compelling and actionable way.
- Contributing to smarter investment planning across housing stock.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring forward a blend of strategic insight, analytical depth, and genuine curiosity about how data can drive better investment decisions across housing portfolios. You will need technical asset management experience within the housing sector, with a strong grasp of how homes are maintained, improved, and invested in across their lifecycle.
Influence and communication skills will be key, often bridging between operational teams, finance, asset strategy, and executive decision-makers.
What you'll get in return
- Salary starting at £55,000 per year.
- Access to a contributory pension scheme.
- Hybrid and flexible working options.
- Access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
