Are you an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Driver with knowledge of load securing looking for reliable, ongoing work?
We are currently recruiting a Class 2 Scaffolding Driver to support a busy operation delivering materials across East Sussex. This role offers consistent work within a professional team, with the potential for long-term opportunities.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering scaffolding materials and equipment to various sites across East Sussex
- Strapping and securing loads correctly in line with safety regulations
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
- Providing a professional service at delivery sites
Duties may vary depending on operational requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience delivering scaffolding or similar materials preferred
- Experience securing loads (strapping essential)
- Good understanding of road safety and load security regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
