Care Home Manager – From £50,000



Our client is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to take the lead of one of their luxury care homes. The service is purpose-built for older adults, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and delivering care to a high standard across all areas of the home.



Before You Apply



  • This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered Care Home Manager.

  • You must hold active CQC registration

  • Must have a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or Nursing qualification.

  • Applicants without direct management experience in a care or nursing home setting will not be considered.

What You’ll Need



  • Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with the CQC

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a care or nursing home

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Nursing qualification

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements

  • Proven ability to manage teams and maintain service quality
