Location:  Vimy Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3LS Pay: £12.71/hour   Hours: Permanent, 16 hours/week, Mon to Thurs, 18:00 – 22:00, with flexibility to cover functions and holidays

We’re looking for a Steward/Bar Person to join our team at Vimy Officers Mess and help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:
- Serve drinks and bar snacks with a smile  
- Manage cash and operate tills  
- Keep the bar and lounge areas clean and tidy  
- Manage stock and rotate using FIFO  
- Report feedback, issues, or hazards to your manager  
- Support the team with any additional duties as needed, i.e. work in other areas of the business if required. 
What we’re looking for: 
- UK resident for the past 3 years with legal right to work  
- Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks  
- Over 18
- Previous bar experience is great, but not essential – full training provided! 
- Food hygiene certificate
- Level 2 desirable.
- Basic numeracy skills.
