Project Administrator
We are currently seeking to speak to any administrative specialists, to join a Tier 1 contractor as an Project Administrator within an exceptional team, based on their project in Wiltshire five days a week.
The client has a requirement for an Project Administrator to join their business, where there is extensive opportunity for both progression and personal development. This role does preferably require someone with previous construction experience, or more so someone with an administrative background with an organised nature and a proactive attitude.
About the role of Project Administrator
The nature of this role will be to provide support amongst the site office, liaising with employees of the business, clients and suppliers Logging and inputting data, preparing documents providing support throughout the business and to external individuals.
Responsibilities for Project Administrator
- Logging and inputting data
- Preparing documentations as and when required
- Providing support both throughout the business both within the team and across the business
- Assisting any external clients, contractors as and when necessary
Requirements for Project Administrator
- Previous experience within an administrative based position
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience using Microsoft packages and excel
