Your new company
One of our partnership schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team for maternity cover starting in September 2026.The school is conveniently located close to the centre of Wigan, offering excellent transport links for an easy commute.

Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high‑quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. You'll join a supportive department and play an active role in helping students achieve positive progress in their maths learning.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Equivalent (ECT welcome).
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Ability to plan, deliver and assess high ‑ quality lessons.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management.
- A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
