Customer Operations Coordinator - Part-Time
Location: Redditch (B98)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm - Hybrid Working
Permanent Position


The Role


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced team based in Redditch.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.


As the first point of contact for both UK and international customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage the end-to-end process of customer orders from input through to delivery
. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, providing clear and timely updates
. Accurately process customer new line forms and communicate any changes effectively
. Ensure all orders are entered with correct pricing and delivery instructions
. Monitor stock availability to prevent overselling
. Work closely with Supply Chain to support promotional activity and demand planning
. Build strong relationships with customers, hauliers, and internal teams
. Reduce returns and rejections by ensuring accuracy "right first time"
. Maintain and update customer profiles and internal process documentation
. Support colleagues by covering accounts when required
. Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement within the team

About You

. Previous experience in a Customer Service / Customer Operations / Order Processing role
. FMCG experience is desirable but not essential
. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
. Confident communicator, able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
. Proactive and able to work on your own initiative
. Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
. Strong Excel skills
. A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to deliver excellent results
