We’re inviting experienced Mobile Maintenance Joiners to register their interest in upcoming opportunities across the North of Scotland. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, dependable, and comfortable working across a wide geographical area.
As a Mobile Maintenance Joiner, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of fabric and joinery repairs across multiple sites. From day-to-day reactive jobs to planned maintenance, you’ll be the person ensuring things are fixed properly and efficiently the first time.
This is a mobile role, so travel is a key part of the job, covering areas including Dalwhinnie, Muir of Ord, Elgin and Skye, with occasional work potentially extending to the Isle of Islay.

Key Responsibilities':
You’ll play a key role in keeping client sites safe, compliant, and operating at their best by:
Carry out joinery and general fabric maintenance across multiple sites
Complete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Diagnose issues and carry out first-time fixes wherever possible
Undertake a range of tasks including replacing doors and windows, locks, fittings, and general building repairs
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance and HSE standards
Manage your own workload and travel efficiently across a large geographical area
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for someone reliable, self-sufficient, and confident working independently in a mobile role.
You’ll ideally have:
Proven experience as a maintenance joiner or fabric technician
NVQ / City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent experience)
Health & Safety awareness (IOSH preferred but not essential)
A strong all-round skillset across joinery and general building maintenance
The ability to problem-solve and complete jobs without repeat visits
Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients
A full UK driving licence (essential for this role)
Flexibility to travel across remote and rural locations
