Please Note: For the right candidate we could provide flexibility with working hours and days. We would be opened to accepting a candidate on 4 days a week or slightly reduced hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm). This would be open to discussion at interview.

This position is ideal for someone who:
• Is organised, efficient, and able to manage a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and care
• Has excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with children, colleagues, parents and visitors
• Being part of a team in a busy office where work needs to be prioritised in a calm and friendly manner
• Is wanting to be part of the school community and all that it involves

About You
We are looking for an Office Administrator who:
• will provide secretarial and administrative support within school. Applicants will need to be excellent communicators well organised, and conscientious.
• has good word processing/ICT skills. Knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
• Has a friendly, welcoming manner as well as accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to work as part of a team and also on own initiative.

Interview: Thursday 23rd April
Start Date: June 2026
