About You
We are looking for a positive, proactive and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our committed team of educators. The successful candidate will cover lessons across the school when teachers are absent doing their best to introduce content and facilitate/support ongoing learning.
• Qualifications: English and Maths GCSE qualifications (Grade 4 or above) would be beneficial for this role.
• Experience: Prior experience of working with children and/or teaching/coaching would be beneficial for this role.
• Skills: More important than direct experience in a school is the ability to engage and connect with young people in a warm and supportive way whilst also communicating our high expectations of their conduct and effort. The successful candidate will be proactive and able to quickly adapt and learn new subject matter.

Salary: Grade 6, Points 18 – 22 (£31,537 - £33,699 FTE). Actual Salary: £23,800 - £25,432 per annum
