About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and committed Specialist & Learning Support Coordinator to provide strategic and operational leadership for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and additional learning needs. This role is central to our commitment to inclusive education, ensuring learners receive high-quality, timely, and compliant support that enables them to engage fully, achieve positive outcomes, and thrive within their learning environment. You will be primarily based at Weymouth campus, with an expectation to work flexibly across both sites when required. About You:You will be an organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused professional with experience supporting learners with EHCPs and complex needs. You will have strong leadership and line management skills, a sound understanding of statutory SEND requirements, and the ability to work effectively across teams and with external agencies. You will be confident using data and audits to inform improvement and committed to delivering inclusive, learner-centred support.Who we are:
