IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a timber truss assembly team in the Cullompton area. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy production environment. Own transport is required due to location.
Key Duties:-
Work collaboratively with the production team to assemble truss packs efficiently and accurately.

Perform regular quality checks during the production process.

Identify and rectify any issues promptly.

Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.

Experience in a manufacturing, production or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.

High attention to detail.

Understanding of health and safety practices.

Adaptable with a positive and proactive mindset.

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

£12.22 per hour basic rate.

£18.33 per hour overtime rate.

£24.44 per hour Sunday rate.

Monday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm and Friday 7am - 2:30pm.
