Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in line with NHS and practice policies Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone/video consultations, and home visits where appropriate Manage acute and chronic conditions, including long-term condition reviews Prescribe safely and effectively in accordance with local and national guidelines Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, and practice development Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals Participate in clinical meetings and practice governance activities
