Crynodeb
The post holder will increase cold reporting capacity, strengthen acute service provision, and support regional tertiary GU cancer MDTs, including gynaecology. The post will also contribute to diagnostic on call, acute CT services, and the supervision and support of AHP staff (ultrasound and fluoroscopy). The appointee will join the placenta reporting team to ensure a robust reporting pathway and act as reliable point of contact to address previous gaps. The post will additionally will help provide some cover during periods of maternity leave. The post holder will support the Diagnostic GU workload provide a high quality reporting and interpretation across the full spectrum of GU imaging, and will participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, These include the regional GU, gynaecological, and haematological. The successful applicant will also provide an acute acute CT on call service. In addition, provide AHP support and supervision: Work with allied health professionals to support ultrasound and fluoroscopy services. The post holder will be part of the placenta reporting rota to maintain continuity and reduce single point failures. Service to be formally established.
