Your RoleAs our new Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the projects that define our future. You’ll be involved from tender to handover, ensuring every bid is commercially solid, competitive, and clearly aligned with client expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for CAT A, CAT B, and refurbishment projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Leading supplier/subcontractor engagement and pricing
• Identifying value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
• Working closely with our Pre-Construction and Project Delivery teams
• Supporting bid strategy and working on winning proposals
• Helping improve estimating processes as we continue to scale
• Proven Estimator experience within fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment
• Strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with suppliers and clients
• A proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a growing team
