We are a growing security company seeking a Staffing and Recruitment Support to assist with our recruitment and rostering operations.
This is a full-time hybrid role. You will work from home on Saturdays and Sundays, handling calls from our employees and clients to ensure all shifts are covered. This includes organising last-minute replacements when staff are unable to attend work. You will also help with recruitment by finding new security guards and using different ways to attract suitable candidates.
During the week, you will spend 3 days in the office, continuing to support recruitment and general staffing operations
Working Pattern:
- Hybrid working pattern
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Work from home
- 3 days during the week: Office-based (your choice of days)
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling/Roster support:
- Manage incoming calls from employees and clients
- Arrange last-minute cover and replacements for shifts
- Provide general administrative support
Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment process for security officers
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels
- Assist with screening and coordinating interviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A problem-solving mindset
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Experience in recruitment, scheduling, or customer service is an advantage
