About the role
Trinity College London is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to deliver on tasks related to day to day Accounts Receivable activities. You will be responsible for improving the accuracy of accounts and customer service to stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General maintenance of ledgers
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Process supplier invoices
Assist with monthly reporting and analysis
Assist with audit activities as required
This is part-time role working 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday.
About you
We are looking for someone who can confidently step in to this integral role while working with stakeholders globally.
You will need to have an accounting background evidenced by a qualification or proven work history alongside:
Demonstrable Accounts Receivable experience
The ability to work at a high level of accuracy
Intermediate excel skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Experience working in a multi-site organisation
