The Role
As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, delivering a smooth, friendly and professional journey for every client. You’ll support appointment management, handle enquiries, organise client records, and ensure the front‑of‑house area runs efficiently. You’ll also assist with sending payment links and managing basic administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients and provide excellent front of house service
Handle enquiries by phone, email and in person with warmth and clarity
Manage bookings using our practice management system
Support clinicians with patient records and smooth clinic flow
Send secure payment links and assist with simple financial admin tasks
Communicate with patients and third‑party companies professionally and promptly
Maintain tidy, welcoming clinic spaces and assist with general operational tasks

Part Time Hours
Desirable: Experience in healthcare, reception, or customer‑facing roles; understanding of GDPR; familiarity with insurance processes or practice management systems.
