The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
Demonstrate a mature, responsible attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and education
Have a natural ability to make every child feel safe, valued, and special
Be energetic, creative, and full of enthusiasm
And most importantly…
You’ll be someone who is happy to:
Sing songs (even when you're slightly off-key!)
Read favourite stories again and again
Fly to the moon, build magical worlds, and create playdough pizzas
Get messy making mud pies
