Support Worker
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join a reablement team supporting people to regain independence across Wiltshire.
Position: Support Worker / Carer
Salary: £13.47 to £13.90 per hour plus 10% unsocial hours
Location: Chippenham and Salisbury
Hours: Part time, rota between 7am and 10pm
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
This is a short term, therapy led reablement service focused on helping people regain independence and reduce the need for long term care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
- Promoting independence and confidence
- Working alongside occupational therapists to deliver personalised plans
- Maintaining accurate records and clear communication
- Travelling across Wiltshire to support customers in the community
About You
- Caring, empathetic and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of the needs of older or disabled people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No formal qualifications required, training and Care Certificate provided
- Previous care experience or Level 3 qualification desirable
