Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Damp, Mould & Repairs Planner to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in ensuring the effective coordination and scheduling of maintenance and repair works, with a particular focus on damp and mould cases within social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair and maintenance works, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Manage and prioritise damp and mould cases, ensuring timely response and resolution in line with service standards.

Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to arrange appointments and provide updates.

Monitor job progress, ensuring works are completed within agreed timeframes and to required quality standards.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with job status, notes, and outcomes.

Handle incoming repair requests and queries, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Work closely with surveyors and operational teams to ensure effective diagnosis and resolution of issues.

Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations, policies, and health & safety standards.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in planning/scheduling within a repairs or maintenance environment.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience dealing with damp and mould cases.

Previous experience working within the social housing sector is essential.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office applications.
