Hays are working with a partnership school in the Wigan area, supporting them to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher.

Your new role
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the KS1 national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess, record, and report on pupil progress
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will:
- Have QTS and experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
- Show a commitment to creating engaging, purposeful and imaginative learning opportunities
- Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues and families
- Be reflective, eager to grow professionally and able to work well as part of a team.
- Bring energy, creativity and a warm, caring approach to classroom practice.
