We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented PAT Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing electrical appliances and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities-

-Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on a variety of electrical devices in accordance with industry regulations and company procedures.
-Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of all testing activities.
-Identify any faults or defects in appliances and advise on necessary repairs or replacements.
-Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained properly for accurate results.
-Assist with the organisation and scheduling of testing appointments to minimise disruption to operations.
-Follow health and safety guidelines strictly during all testing procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills-
-Strong understanding of quality assurance principles related to electrical safety.
-An electrical background would be advantageous.
-Excellent analysis skills to interpret test results accurately and identify potential issues.
-Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly and professionally.
-Prior experience in electrical testing or a related field is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
-Ability to work independently with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
